ONE YEAR WARRANTY INSPECTIONS
Home Builder warranties expire 12 months from the date of closing. New homes are not exempt from issues. We suggest you have your One Year Warranty Inspection by month 11.
Radon Testing can be done during your home inspection. It is a a simple process to ensure the air quality in your home is safe. And easy to repair if necessary.
Wood Destroying Insects are visually inspected at the time of home warranty. If we find activity or damage, we bring in a professional for further evaluation.
Lighthouse Property Inspections visually inspects your home during the home inspection. After the inspection is complete, we prepare a report, and we discuss the findings in detail with you. After we complete your inspection we email you a complete detailed report.
We strongly recommend that you are present when the inspector in onsite. Being on site gives you the opportunity to ask questions, become familiar with the components and systems of your prospective home.
